Growth Marketing Manager
Crop.photo, an exciting AI startup located in Silicon Valley, is on the lookout forking for a Marketing Technology & Growth Manager with at least 2 years of experience in MarTech, automation, and data-driven marketing. This role focuses on optimizing our marketing stack, including CRM, automation, analytics, ABM, and paid media tools, to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
You will own marketing infrastructure, improve lead workflows, implement API integrations, and refine attribution models to align marketing with business goals. As the bridge between marketing, sales, and developers, you will ensure seamless execution of growth strategies through technology.

Requirements- Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across email, content, paid media, and social channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, sales) to align campaign objectives.
- Lead Nurturing & Automation
- Manage email sequences, retargeting campaigns, and lead scoring programs to drive MQL-to-SQL conversion.
- Implement automated workflows in Hubspot to ensure efficient handoff to sales.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Collaborate with SDRs to craft personalized messaging and strategic outreach plans for high-value accounts.
- Monitor ABM campaigns, track account engagement, and optimize targeting and outreach strategies.
- SEO & Growth Marketing
- Oversee on-page/off-page SEO, including keyword research, backlink building, and content optimization.
- Develop and implement growth hacking experiments to drive organic traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Performance Reporting
- Analyze marketing KPIs (e.g., CTRs, CPL, MQLs, SQLs, Opptys, Revenue) and generate actionable reports for leadership.
- Propose data-driven recommendations to continuously improve campaign ROI.
- Marketing Operations & MarTech
- System Administration: Manage and maintain integrations between CRM (HubSpot) and other martech tools (e.g., Webflow CMS, Intercom, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
- Data Governance: Ensure data cleanliness, proper lead routing, and segmentation within the marketing database.
- Workflow Optimization: Build and refine automated workflows, segmentation rules, and scoring models in HubSpot
- Dashboard & Reporting: Configure dashboards such as Looker Studio and reporting tools to track full-funnel metrics, including lead sources, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution.
- Tech Stack Evaluation: Identify new technologies or platforms to streamline marketing operations, improve targeting, and enhance lead qualification.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or content marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Marketing Technology Stack:
- HubSpot (CRM, automation, email marketing, lead scoring)
- Webflow (CMS for landing pages and content updates)
- Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager (tracking, event setup, performance analysis)
- LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads (campaign management, audience targeting, paid media optimization)
- Intercom (customer engagement, chat automation)
- Looker Studio (dashboard creation, performance reporting)
- Lead Generation & Prospecting Tools:
- Seamless.ai, Hunter.io, 6sense, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo (B2B prospecting, lead enrichment, intent-based targeting)
- Clearbit & Lusha (data enrichment, lead qualification)
- SEO & Growth Tools:
- Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog (keyword research, backlink strategy, content optimization)
- Marketing Automation & Personalization:
- HubSpot Workflows, Zapier, Mutiny, Chili Piper (automated workflows, lead routing, conversion optimization)
- ABM & Intent-Based Marketing:
- 6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks (account-based targeting, intent data analysis)
- Technical & Developer Collaboration:
- Basic troubleshooting using Google Web Developer Tools, HTML page source
- Ability to direct developers in marketing automation issue resolution
- Collaboration with development teams for API enhancements such as HubSpot form submissions, lead source attribution
