Client: PadickleService Provider: Caarya
Compensation: 25,000 per month. The compensation is excluding travel expenses. All work-related travel expenses will be covered by Padickle.
Location: On-field (visiting sports facilities)

What Youll Do
As a Business Development Associate, youll be the face of Padickle, helping us expand our network of sports facilities. Youll get to explore the world of sports, meet facility owners, and pitch our platform to turn them into partners. Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition:
Visit various sports facilities (e.g. stadiums, turfs, sports clubs, etc.) and engage with their management.
Pitch Padickles platform and convert sports facilities into prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with facility owners and managers.- Market Research:
Scout for potential sports facilities in your area.
Understand what facility owners need and tailor your pitch to win them over.- Sales and Business Development:

What We Are Looking For- Experience:
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills to seal the deal.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Basic digital literacy and familiarity with AI tools for productivity enhancement.- Mindset:
Startup mindset: Willingness to take initiative, work independently, and adapt to changing requirements.
Passion for sports and understanding of the sports facility ecosystem is a plus.
