We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executive to manage property sales through telephonic interactions. The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their property needs, providing detailed information about premium real estate projects, and coordinating the sales process to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to interact with potential property buyers and investors.
- Provide comprehensive information about available residential and commercial properties, including features, pricing, payment plans, and benefits.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their preferences and guide them in selecting the right property.
- Lead Management:
- Manage and maintain an organized database of leads in the CRM system.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Track the progress of each lead and provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Sales Support:
- Highlight the unique selling points of properties to potential buyers.
- Schedule site visits for clients by coordinating with the on-ground sales team.
- Assist clients in resolving queries related to the property, documentation, and payment processes.
- Market Awareness:
- Stay updated on market trends, new projects, and competitive offerings.
- Share relevant market insights with clients to support informed decision-making.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a client-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and call management systems.
- Basic understanding of the real estate market or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or real estate sales.
- Fluency in English and regional languages is an added advantage.
