Job Summary:
We Innov-io LLP are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Specialist, you will assist in various HR functions and help in the day-to-day operations of the department. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in Human Resources and develop their skills in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job advertisements, identifying and screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Interview: Coordinate with the candidates in scheduling interview with the clients.
- Employee Onboarding: Help in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome kits, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records in HRMS (Human Resource Management System), ensuring all employee data is accurate and up-to-date.
- HR Documentation: Assist with the preparation of HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary paperwork.
- General HR Support: Provide general administrative support for HR-related tasks and contribute to improving HR processes and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with minimal professional experience in HR (internships or projects in HR are a plus).
