Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance & Accounts Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision-maker, and providing regular financial reporting.
Key Tasks & Accountability:
- Support Month/quarter/year-endclosing and forecast
- Annual operational planning process (budget)
- Revenue reviews at multiple levels
- Multi-dimensional profitability (business, region, product and client)
- Variance analysis along with preparation of management presentations describing insights
- Complete and accurate preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to applicable regulator
- Analyze financial data in order to complete filings, understand fluctuations and uncover potential inaccuracies
- Perform edit check reviews and follow up on applicable discrepancies
- Perform reconciliations across products, reports and schedule
- Updates various financial models to generate analyses
- Collecting information and analytical needs from management to determine the analysis approach
- Process improvement for systems and processes within the finance department to drive efficiencies and automate low-end tasks
- Handling Payroll
- Assisting in Account Receivables
- Preparing and filing of all Statutory Compliances, like GST Returns i.e. GSTR-1. GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C, IT Returns, PF & PT
- Handling of all Vendor, Client and International transactions.
- Handling various compliance - STPI Compliance, Labour Law, etc.
- Assisting in various Audits i.e. Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audits, etc.
- Preparation of e-invoicing
- Assisting in the compilation of data, drafting replies for notices, etc. issued by various governmental authorities.
- Handling Secretarial Compliances
Education and Experience:
Domain expertise and qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- CA, MBA in Finance or equivalent. Basic understanding of Secretarial Compliances
- 2-5 years experience working in a Global Company.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite(Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
- Detail-oriented and analytical
Skills:
- Strong understanding of all Financial & Accounting Principles
- Have worked on International Taxation Laws and has a good grasp on International regulations, especially US, Singapore, Europe and Japan
- Knowledge on Power BI, Tableau and Alteryx is a plus
- Ability to present Financial Results to Leadership Team
- Solid business knowledge as it relates to the financial services industry
- Financial product and institution knowledge
