• Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Process and reconcile financial transactions, bank statements, and credit card transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and proper expense allocation.
• Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Assist in tax compliance, including filing GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
• Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash disbursements.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Participate in financial reviews and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Stay updated with accounting regulations and industry trends to ensure best practices are followed.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and sensitive data.
