They will also be responsible for sales, medical reviews, collections, and order management. The ideal candidate must have 4-10 years of relevant experience in the Indian job market.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Drive sales and achieve targets
• Conduct medical reviews and ensure compliance with regulations
• Manage collections and ensure timely payment
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or mbbs or md for medical review
• 4-10 years of experience in customer support, sales, medical review, collections, or order management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and regulations and maximum 5 years experience in pv/ clinical safety with a degree of mbbs and md
• Experience in collections and knowledge of collection laws (for collection executive position)
• Experience in order management and knowledge of supply chain management (for order management position)
