Sr. Associate (AEM Dev) - IT Global Web Applications

Summary:

This position is responsible for performing CMS technologies for Digital Assets specifically leveraging Adobe Marketing Cloud/AEM -design and development as well, REST APIs and exposure of managing/publishing process of AEM/similar CMS preferable.

Responsibilities Include:

Key Tasks and Deliverables:

• Execute and perform assigned projects, enhancements activities
• Define and adopt new development approaches and technology within related areas
• Respond to production application and systems problems and drive or support the analysis and remediation efforts. This includes being on call and support off-hours and holidays.
• Perform and participate in all aspects of Adoption, including performing user needs assessment, training, user guidance/consultation, etc.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and implement solutions to ensure business continuity and agile IT response to business problems
• Willingness to work in shifts supporting worldwide, based on business need

Qualifications:

The following are for the role

• 2-4 years of Business & Technical experience
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, and AEM Core components (Example: Sling, OSGI, JCR, Dispatcher).
• Preferred tech skills in Java (OSGi, JSP, Servlets) and web development (HTML, JS, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, etc.)
• Experience building web & responsive mobile experiences. Hands-on experience with Sightly (AEM Templating language)
• Good to have understanding of Heap, GC Policy. FEO, JS and CSS minification and optimization.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
• Results oriented and demonstrate a can-do attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
• Good English Communication Skills (verbal and written)
• Experience in off/on shore model as well as working with Virtual teams.
• Conceptual and analytical thinker - ability to extract, analyze and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies from customers and IT team members.

• Certification in AEM Development
• Experience working in global organization and diverse technologies
• Exposure in CMS based Digital Marketing
