Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple functions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide a seamless recruitment process to ensure we bring in the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding candidates for various positions
  • Sourcing and Talent Mapping: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify and engage potential candidates
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit for open positions
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with the recruitment process
  • Offer Negotiation: Coordinate and communicate job offers to candidates ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Reporting and Metrics: Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on recruitment activities, trends, and challenges
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in recruiting for TPD (Tech, Product, Data) positions
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Strong interviewing skills and ability to assess candidate qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
