- A person should have experience in B2B selling consultative solutions.
- Experience: Min 5 Years in B2B experience
- Education: MBA from Tier 2 / 3 Campuses (If not MBA, then higher amount of work experience)
- Type of work experience: Worked in at least 1 B2B sales roles doing consultative selling roles (Staffing, HR Solutions, Training, Assessment, HR / Talent SaaS, HR / Talent Digital Solutions etc), Worked in India Market .
- We need someone who has experience in HR Solution selling products.
- Annual Target must not be less than 2 Crs.
- If the person is from SAAS background will be an added advantage.
- Selling products to CHRO, L&D Head, HR Head will be considered.
- A person should have experience working with Enterprise sales.
