Job Description

Purpose of role: n
n
Work on brand projects and contribute to the creation of online and/or offline experiences. Manage work efficiently, generate ideas collaboratively with the team, and exhibit a passion for content. You will be expected to manage multiple platforms to drive engagement and inspire positive customer behavior.n
n
n
Major Responsibilities: n
n- Interacting with clients, understanding briefs, planning and management of campaigns, monthly evaluation and executing solutions to enhance the brand's position
n
- Displaying thorough knowledge of the brand accounts under your purview including, but not limited to, the brand's values, product/service offerings, short-term and long-term goals, current and future plans, and target audiences
n
- Possessing the knowledge of digital and mainline marketing, effective targeting and design thinking, under the limelight of creative and strategic solutioning and with the power to apply this advantage to Content Marketing, SEO, SEM, Affiliate Marketing, Analytics, etc.
n
- Strategizing on monthly digital marketing plans to meet brand objectives based on the client's briefs
n
- Upholding the design aesthetics for the brand and constantly endeavoring to elevate the imagery
n
- Effective and timely implementation of strategies, evaluation of their impact, and tactical identification of any re-alignment required
n
- Setting timelines for projects based on the brand's priorities, and managing the client's expectations by keeping them informed on the various activities being pursued synonymously to fulfill goals
n
- Timely reporting of the brand's performance to the client as per the pre-decided scope, identifying learnings from the same and implementing them based on the findings
n
- Making note of and enrolling regular feedback from the client on the quality of work and possible areas of improvement
n
- Managing and tracking monthly, quarterly and annual budgets prescribed by brands by virtue of AOPs or quarter planning activities, and striving to exhaust this budget in the pursuit of up-selling further
n
- Identifying opportunities for integrated services for existing clients
n
- Planning and aiding in implementation of integrated strategies for brands, while driving business value for the same
n
- Being the primary custodian for the brand when it is an integrated activity
