Position Title: HR Recruiter ExecutiveLocation: Gurgaon/Gurugram
Reports To: HR Recruiter- Executive
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.The HR Recruiter Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Candidate Management:
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Promote the companys reputation as best place to work.
- Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- Participate in job fairs and career events.
- Work closely with the HR team to improve the recruitment process and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Reporting and Metrics:
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
