Description

We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle all front office activities and provide administrative support to our team. You should be able to multitask, work under pressure and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, scanner)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
