Job Description

Sr. Copywriter JL 4B
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Write/edit accurate, sales-oriented financial product and promotional copy that adheres to brand standards and legal requirements
- Experience in writing regulatory copy for financial services.
- Writing brand marketing copy that connects with the target audience
- Adapt various voice, style, and other characteristics demanded by the client(s)
- Work with team to coordinate writing assignments with current editorial staff
- Edit and proofread team members copy and content
- Review opportunities and suggests ways to improve content
- Coordinate digital content needs with content management specialists, graphic designers and copywriters
- Stakeholder management, often across multiple geographies. Prompt and proactive communication with the stakeholders via email/phone/IM on the projects
- Proven working experience in writing product and promotional copy for financial services and banking sector.
- Possess strong writing, punctuation, vocabulary, and compositional skills
- Ability to collaborate with other departments/teams to understand their requirement and execute the task
- Ability to explain technical information in a variety of long- and short-form formats
- Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides
- Experience working with content management systems
- Web Content implementation Specialist (Technical) JL 4A
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage high-quality web content, specifically relating to web usability, optimizing and laying out pages using a content management system (CMS)
- Ability to build webpages / LPs /Forms from the scratch using HTML, CSS and JS
- Ability to build new components, re-design templates in CMS.
- Understand designing and should perform basic designing tasks like re-sizing of images, slicing and dicing of images etc.
- Perform procedures on content management platform and support deployment of approved content through established processes/guidelines/style guides
- Publish the content online using the CMS as per publishing standards / requirements
- Documentation of SOPs and key process learnings, improvement ideas
- Oversee deployment of approved content through available platforms, following established processes
- Oversee and manage efforts for web content updates through content platform
- Coordinate with client marketing team/Agency on project requirements
- Quality check output of content operations
- Understand Google analytics
- Knowledge of UI/UX design.
- Proven work experience as a Content Manager or similar role
- Experience of editing and proof-reading content
- Fluent web editing skills (content management systems, browser software and testing)
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems, and platforms like Kentiko, Absorb LMS etc. with hands on experience in editing and updating content on various platform
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript is good to have
- Basic know-how of Adobe Photoshop, UX/UI concepts is good to have

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Very good understanding of end to end email marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience in Setting up email campaign, test, execute and optimize
- Monitor data quality and bring any issues to the campaign manager for resolution
- Collect data associated with campaign customer interactions
- Review keyword performance and quality score, click through rates, cost per click, conversation rate, average position, geo-targeting, relevancy of traffic and delivery rate
- Guide associates on process activities and provide subject matter expertise to team
- Strong project management skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders to get data/work done.
- Excellent reporting ability and experience in closing projects with strict deadlines.
- Understanding of digital marketing, SEM tools and CRM concepts
- Prior experience on any Marketing Automation Tools like Marketo/Eloqua/Unica
- Able to complete tasks with limited supervision
- Analytical and logical reasoning skills
- If needed, can supervise and set priorities for others

Email Campaigns JL 4B/4A
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
- Lead a team of campaign management specialists
- Coordinate with client marketing team/Agency on project requirements
- Quality check output of content operations
- Manage team escalations
- Train the team on existing procedures and new requirements. Drive KM initiatives
- Report Team performance and manage SLA/KPI performance
- Understanding of digital marketing, SEM tools and CRM concepts is an added advantage
- Certification in Digital marketing areas such as AdWords, Email marketing etc.is an added advantage
- Prior experience on any Marketing Automation Tools like Marketo/Eloqua/Unica
- Experience in preparing reports, dashboards
- Able to effectively facilitate meetings with team members and customers
- Analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Ability to interact and collaborate with multiple stakeholders (marketing team, copyrighters, creative agencies etc.)
Must: experience in Dynamics and Litmus for email marketing campaign management.
