Role : Senior Specialist - Social Media & Brand Msrketing Strategy
Experience Required :5 to 10 YearsLocation:Mumbai (preferred) / Bangalore
Work from Office:Hybrid (3 days / week)
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Responsible for executing Quantiphi's social media strategy from concept to implementation across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and others, as aligned with brand strategy and business needs.
- Develop monthly/quarterly social media content calendars, ensuring a consistent posting cadence aligned with brand marketing and channel marketing strategies.
- Execute day-to-day social media activities, including moderating and responding to comments, engaging with audiences, and optimizing post performance through best practices such as tagging, hashtag use, and multimedia content.
- Monitor social media trends, leverage social listening techniques, and apply insights to optimize content strategies and audience engagement, ensuring a strong share of voice (SOV).
- Optimize post copy and assets for platform-specific audiences using SEO, hashtags, imagery, and video content.
Brand & Talent Marketing:
- Assist in developing and optimizing Quantiphi's talent branding initiatives, collaborating with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to showcase company culture, values, and employee experiences.
- Work closely with internal teams and channel partners to coordinate and develop engaging social content that highlights Quantiphi's innovations, thought leadership, and key industry partnerships.
- Measure and analyze brand sentiment, competitor activities, and social media performance to enhance Quantiphi's market differentiation.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Create and present monthly and quarterly social media performance reports, tracking KPIs such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including product launches, events, and industry announcements, ensuring alignment with engagement and visibility goals.
- Monitor evolving social media trends, analyze competitor strategies, and recommend content optimizations to enhance brand impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in a social media marketing role, preferably in B2B Tech, AI, ML, or Digital Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of social media strategy, content marketing, and digital branding.
- Great written and spoken communication with impeccable spelling and grammar
- Experience in creating and/or co-creating content and copy for online mediums including blogs, infographics, online videos, competitions, events, and more.
- Experience in talent branding, employer branding content, or employee advocacy programs.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate across departments.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, HubSpot) and analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute campaigns efficiently.
- Understanding of SEO, social media optimization (SMO), and audience targeting best practices.
- Confidently provide strategic recommendations to enhance social media channel architecture, content, linking, and other elements to improve visibility and engagement.
