Responsibilities:

1. Identify New IT & Digital Marketing Business Opportunities:

• Research and identify potential clients or customers.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers.

1. Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

1. Sales and Marketing:

• Collaborate with marketing teams to create marketing materials and strategies.
• Generate new leads and manage the sales process.

1. Negotiation and Closing:

• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.

1. Networking:

• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Network with potential clients and other stakeholders.

1. Reporting:

• Prepare regular reports on progress, targets, and forecasts.
• Present findings to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
• Must have experience from Digital Marketing Agency.
• Experience in lead generation and must be aware of lead generation tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse groups and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
