About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive specialized in the Upwork marketplace. The candidate should have extensive experience in winning, securing, and closing significant IT outsourcing projects on Upwork, demonstrating strategic expertise in proposal development, bidding, client relationship management, and marketplace growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Actively source, bid, and close high-value IT projects consistently on the Upwork platform.
  2. Optimize Upwork profiles, service offerings, proposals, and bidding strategies to enhance visibility and client engagement.
  3. Engage with clients through proactive and professional communication, converting leads into long-term business relationships.
  4. Collaborate closely with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
  5. Monitor Upwork marketplace dynamics, trends, competitor strategies, and adjust business development tactics accordingly.
  6. Provide detailed performance analytics, tracking success rates, deal size, conversion rates, and revenue growth from the Upwork channel.

Who We Are Looking For:

2 years of targeted experience securing high value

IT outsourcing projects exclusively through Upwork.

Demonstrable track record of winning enterprise-level deals, securing repeat business, and expanding revenue streams through Upwork.

Exceptional proposal writing, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Deep knowledge of Upworks platform dynamics, bidding algorithms, and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

o Existing Upwork client relationships with a history of successful project completions.

o Comprehensive understanding of IT outsourcing service models, pricing strategies, and project delivery requirements.

o Strong proficiency with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite
