This role requires a deep understanding of the crypto industry, excellent communication skills, and a creative approach to building a brand presence across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Writing:
• Create high-quality, engaging, and informative content related to crypto, blockchain, and DeFi (Decentralized Finance).
• Write blogs, articles, press releases, whitepapers, and social media posts that align with the company's voice and brand.
• Ensure content is SEO-friendly, optimized for relevant keywords, and tailored to the crypto audience.
• Research industry trends, developments, and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Social Media Engagement:
• Manage and grow the company's presence across key social media platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, and more.
• Craft and schedule engaging social media posts, driving interaction and fostering community engagement.
• Respond to comments, inquiries, and messages on social media professionally and on time.
• Monitor social media trends within the crypto industry and suggest creative ways to boost the company's presence.
• Strategy Making:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content and social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Analyze social media metrics and content performance to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community-building initiatives within the crypto space.
• Stay up-to-date with industry news, regulatory changes, and market trends to keep the content and social media approach current and impactful.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in content writing and social media management, preferably in the crypto or blockchain industry.
• Strong understanding of the crypto market, blockchain technology, and DeFi.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to create engaging content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, content management systems, and basic SEO principles.

Preferred:

• Experience with social media analytics tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency communities and forums like Reddit, BitcoinTalk, and Discord.
• Familiarity with paid social media advertising and influencer marketing within the crypto space.
