Job Summary:

This role requires expertise in end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and engage with potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and create job descriptions.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and salary negotiations with candidates.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Corporate Recruitment Strategy & Employer Branding:

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate stakeholders, industry networks, and recruitment agencies.
• Enhance employer branding through social media, career fairs, and networking events.

Process Optimization & Compliance:

• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports for tracking hiring progress.
• Ensure recruitment policies align with corporate standards and compliance regulations.
• Improve hiring efficiency by streamlining recruitment processes.

Onboarding & Induction:

• Coordinate with HR and department heads for a seamless onboarding experience.
• Handle pre-employment formalities, background verification, and documentation.
• Conduct induction sessions to help new employees integrate smoothly into the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA (Regular) in HR from a recognized university.
• 6+ years of experience in corporate hiring and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, recruitment tools, Sales and corporate hiring practices.
• Excellent communication in English, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
