SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Title: Sales Executive

Minimum Experience:Fresher

Location: Noida (Sector - 63) (Work from Office)

Education: Graduated (B. Tech Only), with good knowledge of Communication/written English

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute bulk email campaigns targeting prospects, leads, and customers.
  • Write engaging and personalized email content tailored to specific audiences.
  • Manually segment and organize email lists based on demographic and behavioural data.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Manage and clean email lists regularly to ensure high deliverability and engagement.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues with email delivery or bounces.
  • Optimize email subject lines, content, and call-to-action elements to improve engagement and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align email campaigns with business objectives and sales goals.
  • Stay up to date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in email marketing, specifically in bulk mailing and lead generation.
  • Strong written communication skills and an eye for detail in crafting compelling email copy.
  • Ability to manually manage email lists and segmentation.
  • Basic understanding of email deliverability and spam regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act).
  • Strong analytical skills to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple email campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience in working without automated email marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of lead generation strategies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in B2B or B2C email marketing.
  • Familiarity with Outlook/Gmail or basic email list management software.
  • Understanding of A/B testing to optimize email performance.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Outbound experience /Inside sales/ lead generation
  • Candidates with strong and relevant data mining and lead generation experience
