Missions/Main Duties:
- Works with Senior engineers and project engineers to communicate, problem-solve, and update models for coordination and design issues.
- Understands the implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions
- Managing the CAD / BIM team of a Minimum of 10.
- Develops accurate 2D drawings from project BIMs, including sheet management tasks, annotations, dimensions, notes, and visibility settings.
- Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
- Receives little instruction on daily work and general instructions on new assignments.
- Adhere to the BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria.
- Ensure all Deliveries should be with Proper QA/QC.
- Handle and coordinate with Multiple Business Units, For Example, civil, Structure, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical Plumbing teams Etc.
- Design, Assistance to the Owner, Project management and Construction.
Profile/Skills:
- Degree in a relevant subject (Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management)
- 5-10 years experience in BIM Tools (Metro experience preferred)
- Experience within Design or Construction on infrastructure projects
- Experience within 3D Modelling and Drafting, BIM Modelling/Coordination with Utilities Design experience Knowledge of multi-disciplinary Design workflows and understanding of 3D coordination process.
- Proficient in a range of authoring, scripting, design review, coordination, simulations and collaboration applications.
- Possess the ability to develop analytical reports and presentations
