Site Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer with a background in civil engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Technical Support: Provide technical advice and support to construction teams and subcontractors.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Health and Safety: Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, plans, and schedules.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry, preferably with interior fitouts.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
