Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bench Consultant Marketing:

• Market consultants (H1-B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and USC) to potential clients and vendor networks.
• Update, refine, and present consultants resumes to highlight their skills and experience effectively.
• Understand consultants skill sets and match them to client job requirements.

1. Client and Vendor Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
• Source job opportunities through job boards, vendor portals, and direct client contacts.
• Actively engage with clients to negotiate contract terms, rates, and work conditions.

1. Requirement Analysis & Submission:

• Analyze job descriptions and match them to available bench candidates.
• Submit resumes, coordinate interviews, and follow up with clients for feedback and closures.
• Manage end-to-end submission and placement processes.

1. Networking & Business Development:

• Leverage platforms like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and CareerBuilder to generate leads.
• Attend networking events or virtual meetings to expand the client and vendor base.
• Maintain and update a database of vendors, clients, and potential leads.

1. Pipeline & Compliance Management:

• Track consultants availability, project end dates, and application statuses.
• Handle visa transfers, extensions, and employment authorizations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all placements and candidates.
