Summary:

As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will be responsible for advising, leading, and working on high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve providing advisory work for the IT function itself, with a focus on Change Management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage change management initiatives, including developing and implementing change management plans, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with change management initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support change management initiatives, including training materials, job aids, and other resources.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on change management best practices, including change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change readiness assessments.
Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Must To Have Skills: Experience leading change management initiatives in complex organizations.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with change management tools and technologies.
  • Good To Have Skills: Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good To Have Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Information:
