Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Xamarin - MAUI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Xamarin and .NET MAUI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Xamarin and .NET MAUI.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver an intuitive user experience.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Code Optimisation:

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to industry best practices.
• Identify and fix bugs or performance bottlenecks.

Integration:

• Integrate mobile apps with backend services via APIs.
• Work on third-party libraries and tools for feature enhancement.

Testing & Debugging:

• Perform unit testing and troubleshoot application issues.
• Ensure application compliance with app store standards and guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

• Proficient in Xamarin.Forms, Xamarin.Android, Xamarin.iOS, and .NET MAUI.
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Framework.
• Experience with MVVM architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and JSON-based services.

Mobile Development:

• Understanding of mobile application lifecycle for Android and iOS.
• Experience with app publishing to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Tools & Version Control:

• Proficiency with Visual Studio and Git for version control.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Problem-Solving:

• Ability to debug and optimize code for performance and scalability.

• Experience with Xamarin Native and transitioning apps from Xamarin to .NET MAUI.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud services like Azure or AWS.
• Exposure to agile development methodologies.
