We are seeking an experienced HR Executive for India's leading Ayurvedamedicine and research institution located in New Delhi, India.
The ideal candidate will have more than 2 years of experience in the job market context of India.
Exp - More than 2 years
Location - South Delhi
Education - Graduate (MBA HR Preferred)
Must be from Hospital or any related background.
Responsibilities- Employee Data Management:Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring accurate data entry and confidentiality.
- On boarding and off boarding:Manage the on boarding process for new hires, including documentation, induction programs, and setup of employee systems. Intimation to all the relevant stakeholders moment exit of employee happens in system.
- Payroll Support:Assist the payroll team in collecting, verifying, and processing employee timesheets and attendance records. Address employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and leave policies.
- Compliance and Documentation:Ensure HR operations are compliant with local labor laws and regulations. Maintain employee documentation, contracts, and policy acknowledgments.
- Employee Benefits Administration:Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.). Provide support to employees on benefit-related questions.
- Leave Management:Track and manage employee leave balances, ensuring that leave policies are followed and approvals are in place.
- HR Reports and Analytics:Generate and prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, etc.) for management, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
- Employee Relations Support:Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries. Assist HR management in resolving employee concerns and grievances.
- HR Process Improvement:Assist in improving HR processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Human Resources or related field.
- More than 2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Must be from Hospital field and familiarity with labor laws, employee benefits, and payroll processes.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact effectively with employees at all levels.
