Key Responsibilities- Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding processes by ensuring proper documentation and a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help organize and execute employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and contribute to improving operational workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR tools is an added advantage.
