Work with Oracle&aposs world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle&aposs global infrastructure.

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cerner scheduling management specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant hands-on experience with Scheduling management solutions and tools such as schappbook with sound understanding on the revenue cycle applications.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with US healthcare providers. A successful candidate will ensure the effective operation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement in performing builds, configurations and troubleshooting of issues on the Scheduling management modules and will support the hospitals mission to deliver outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cerner Millennium Scheduling management Expertise:
  • Utilize deep knowledge of Oracle Cerner Scheduling management modules to configure, build, and support scheduling processes, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.
  • Scheduling management Build and Configuration:
  • Provide expert-level support in configuring and building scheduling management solutions, including hand-on experience in scheduling tools, revenue cycle maintenance, orders to scheduling build and scheduling clinic builds.
  • Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Applications: Apply good understanding of the revenue cycle processes including Registration, template builds and other aspects to support scheduling management workflows and ensure effective integration with broader scheduling operations.
  • Service Management Expertise (ITIL): Utilize knowledge of ITIL service management concepts to manage incidents and changes effectively, ensuring smooth operational performance and customer satisfaction.
  • On-call support: Participate in on-call rotations for critical system issues, providing timely and effective support when required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Oracle Cerner Millennium Scheduling management solutions, including strong knowledge of building, configuring and optimizing the scheduling workflows.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of scheduling management solutions, including hands-on experience in scheduling tools, revenue cycle maintenance, orders to scheduling build and scheduling clinic builds.
  • ITIL knowledge: Solid understanding of ITIL service management principles.
  • Communication skills: String written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare providers and stakeholders across the US.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a customer facing role and maintain excellent relationships with clients.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Cerner Millennium Scheduling Management.
  • Additional certifications in healthcare IT systems will be added advantage.
