Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and administrative HR functions. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to effectively support a range of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating offer processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

Onboarding:

  • Coordinate and manage the employee onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Prepare and manage onboarding documentation, including contracts, benefits enrollment forms, and policy documents.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and introduce them to company culture, policies, and systems.
  • Ensure new employees have all the necessary tools, resources, and equipment for a successful start.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and HR systems up to date, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration by gathering and submitting relevant employee data.
  • Handle employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and other matters.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics for management review.
  • Coordinate and assist with employee performance review processes.

Compliance & Employee Relations:

  • Ensure HR processes and policies comply with legal requirements.
  • Assist with handling employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to conflict resolution.
  • Support in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, with a focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (experience with GreytHR is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to employees.
