Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, following up on Enquiry, and databaseResolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.Requires patience, persuasiveness, and persistence.Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.Answering questions about products or the company.
