Roles and Responsibility :
- Hire financial advisors from open market
- Understand the requirements of your business customers
- Research the market and competitive products
- Listen to customer needs and present suitably products to make a sale
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Cold call to arrange meetings with conceivable customers to prospect for new business
- Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sale
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and post-sales support.
