Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects to generate leads, promote products/services, and build relationships.

Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

*Sales and Lead Generation:*
  • Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to generate leads and promote products/services
  • Identify and qualify potential customers based on their needs and interests
  • Build relationships with customers to increase sales and customer loyalty
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Customer Service
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products/services
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty
Communication And Interpersonal Skills
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
Data Entry And Record-Keeping
  • Accurately enter customer data and interactions into CRM software
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and lead generation
Training And Development
  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales, customer service, and product knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services
Performance Metrics
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Achieve customer satisfaction targets
  • Maintain high call quality and productivity standards
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience working with CRM software
