Job Description

HR Operations

JD ::

Process and maintain employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Update employee personal information, job status changes, and other HR-related data as required.

Assist with the management and tracking of employee documentation (e.g., contracts, performance reviews, certifications).

Assist employees with benefits enrollment, claims, and inquiries.

Coordinate with payroll departments to ensure proper processing of employee compensation, bonuses, and benefits.

Support employees with any payroll discrepancies or issues.
