• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve system performance.
• Implement and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure software quality and functionality.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and systems.
• Document technical processes and create user guides for end-users.
• Assist in the integration of new technologies into existing systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of relevant work experience in a technical support or IT specialist role.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and configurations (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
