Project Role: Application Lead

Project Role Description: Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. Manage the project team and ensure the successful delivery of the application by collaborating with cross-functional teams, making key decisions, and solving problems for both your team and other teams.

Required Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education

Summary:

As an Application Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and configuring Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation applications. You will manage a team and oversee project delivery, working closely with multiple teams to ensure successful execution.

The role requires extensive knowledge of Incentive Compensation capabilities, compensation plans, integrations, and data model extensions. Your primary focus will be on defining project strategies, managing workflows, and ensuring a smooth implementation of the application.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
  1. Establish and monitor governance processes across multiple Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation instances.
  2. Expert-level understanding of Incentive Compensation capabilitiesCompensation Plan, Payments Life Cycle, integrations, and data model extensions.

  1. Good to have: Experience with Territory and Quota Management.
  2. Lead the development of unified design and documentation standards for the project.
  3. Participate in requirement and design discussions for global Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation implementations, reviewing and approving Compensation Plan and Credit Rule design frameworks.
  4. Collaborate with other Oracle Cloud applications such as Sales Cloud and B2B Service Cloud.
  5. Contribute to the adoption of continuous integration and development (CI/CD) processes within the team.
  6. Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to your team, ensuring high-quality results and timely project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:-

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation.
  • Expertise in Compensation Plan design, Payments Life Cycle, and Data Model Extensions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workflows, Approvals, Transaction Process Management, and Dispute Management.
  • Proficient in SOAP/REST APIs, User Defined Queries, Reports & Dashboards, and Configuration Workbooks.
  • Knowledge of data integration and working with Oracle Cloud applications like Sales Cloud and B2B Service Cloud.
Good-to-Have Skills:-
  • Experience in Territory and Quota Management.
  • Understanding of Continuous Integration and Development (CI/CD).
  • Proficient in Data Analysis and Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms (e.g., linear regression, decision trees).
  • Strong understanding of data munging techniques for data quality assurance (cleaning, transformation, normalization).

Additional Information:

  • The role is based at our Gurugram office.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation.
  • A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
