Employee Engagement & HR AdministrationAssist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.Support HR in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.Help draft HR-related documents like offer letters, policies, and memos.Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.3. Training & Development AssistanceAssist in planning and coordinating training programs and workshops.Gather feedback from employees on training effectiveness.Maintain training records and track employee participation.4.
