The Role:

As a Talent Development Specialist / Learning and Development Specialist, you will be part of our global HR team, supporting the implementation and execution of learning and development initiatives across Irdeto APAC. You will play a key role in delivering training programs, facilitating workshops, and supporting employees&apos professional growth by aligning learning solutions with business needs.

This role will collaborate closely with our Talent Development Manager, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to ensure learning opportunities are relevant, and engaging, and effectively support employee development.

• Support the delivery and coordination of learning programs across Irdeto, including training logistics, scheduling, communication, and participant engagement.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring learning objectives align with business needs.
• Manage training administration, including maintaining learning records, tracking participation, and reporting on program effectiveness.
• Assist in identifying and sourcing external training vendors to support learning initiatives where needed.
• Promote a culture of learning by actively engaging employees in learning programs and encouraging knowledge-sharing.
• Gather feedback from employees and analyze training effectiveness to enhance future programs.
• Work closely with HRBPs and business leaders to understand development needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles are embedded into learning programs to support a diverse workforce.

• Degree in HR, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development/Talent Development ideally in a global environment.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs.
• Experience in facilitating training sessions and workshops.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
• Analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness.
• A passion for learning and development, with a proactive mindset in supporting employees growth.
