Job Opportunity: Property Advisor A leading real estate platform in India

We're hiring Property Advisors in Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park)As a Property Advisor, you'll play a key role in guiding clients through their real estate journey. Your primary responsibilities include:

Working Hours:

  • Day shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • 6 days working (Rotational week off)
  • Free lunch provided at the office
  • Health Insurance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales/inside sales/telemarketing/outbound sales.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Tamil proficiency preferred for Bangalore location.
  • Maximum age limit: 35 years.
  • Real Estate sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through cold calling and client follow-up.
  • Provide sales services to clients interested in buying real estate properties based on their requirements.
  • Meet sales targets by acquiring new customer business and renewing/growing existing relationships.
  • Liaise between clients and builders for updates on services, pricing, and new project launches.
  • Upsell new real estate investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain client relationships for recurring business.

Educational Requirement:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
