Overview
The Business and Financial Services (BFS) practice area is a specialized unit that serves the investment community by offering process and industry expertise throughout each stage of the investment cycle. This area works closely with clients from the initial stages of intelligent analysis to deal structuring and post-investment support.The team comprises of experienced professionals with in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and a thorough understanding of the various processes involved in the investment cycle. With a focus on providing customized solutions and support, the BFS practice area helps clients navigate the complex landscape of the investment world, ensuring that their investments are optimized for success.
Lead several client projects (2-4). Would take the lead responsibility on complex projects (involving multiple/ senior stakeholders and involving more than 4-5 resources). Ensure quality of work & deliverables in projects overseen. Seen by client as business advisor in senior management situation.Take ownership of selected accounts & should carry revenue quota responsibility for these accounts. Take on the responsibility to mentor & coach junior consultants.

Qualifications
Stage 1 Pitch- Work to prepare pitch doc if necessary with the PAL
- Write the table of contents
- Identify the Subject Matter Expert, brief the SME, prepare the toc, seek SME inputs

Client interaction and project monitoring
Stage 3 Followup Post Execution- Consent Letter
- Case study
Uploading of documents : Excel backup, final report ,consent letter, case study in the teamroom
Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded, timelines are heeded
Develop excellent quality content
Work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience
We're looking for candidates who -
The successful candidate will be a Consulting professional with a thorough understanding of preparing IPO IMR and the process of dealing with the bankers and clients
Good Knowledge in working for India
Secondary research skills, knowledge of databases which will be used while preparing the report
Are Well-organized and detail-oriented
Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Are disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards
Is a strategic thinker understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business
