Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - L2 Network Automation Engineer
We are seeking an L2 Network Automation Engineer to support our network operations and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network troubleshooting, automation tools, and scripting to optimize network performance.
Responsibilities:- Perform L2-level network support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Assist in configuring and managing network devices to ensure optimized performance.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for network provisioning and configuration management.
- Implement and support Zero-Touch Provisioning (ZTP) processes for network devices.
- Monitor network health, detect anomalies, and assist in automation-driven remediation.
- Work on Itential NetDevOps framework for managing network changes.
- Assist in compliance audits and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
- Participate in Lean/Six Sigma projects to improve efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor&rsquos degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in network operations or automation.
- Solid understanding of routing & switching concepts.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
- Familiarity with network automation tools like Ansible, Itential.
- Exposure to DevOps frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
