Grabitts Softech Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager with 6+ years of experience to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP software sales and, preferably, knowledge of Infor ERP products. This is a strategic role requiring excellent communication skills and a strong ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the IT consulting and ERP software solutions market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed business objectives.
- Lead negotiations and close contracts to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- 6+ years of proven experience in business development, particularly in ERP products and services.
- Knowledge of Infor ERP products is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Lead Generation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of IT consulting and enterprise software solutions is a significant plus.
