Job Overview

We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Suwasthi Intense Beauty Private Limited. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth.

This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications And Skills
  • Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to learn about Ayurvedic products and their benefits
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential customers through leads
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through phone calls
  • Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage leads
  • Participate in trade shows and promotional events to generate leads
