Senior Accounts Associate- Driver Payments - Bangalore

You'll make a difference:Reporting to the Senior Division Manager, as the Senior Accounts Associate - Driver Payments you will be responsible for supporting the Fleet team in the Global Logistics Department. This would entail managing the global fleet operations process for all markets while supporting the on-ground teams of London and the Middle East.
The Senior Accounts Associate - Driver Payments will be responsible for managing the end-to-end partner driver payment processes across all global markets. This role is key to ensuring that partner drivers are compensated accurately and on time.You will work closely with internal teams to manage driver payment queries, generate payment reports, and maintain the payments master file. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Global Partner Driver Payments Management (100%)- Weekly Partner Driver Payments: Oversee the disbursement of weekly payments to partner drivers across all markets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Driver Payment Queries: Address and resolve payment-related issues raised by partner drivers, ensuring a high level of service and swift resolution.
- Payment Breakdown Generation: Create detailed payment breakdown reports, ensuring transparency and accuracy for all stakeholders.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with the fleet team to resolve any discrepancies, streamline processes, and improve payment workflows.
- Payments Master File Management: Develop, maintain, and segregate the payments master file by market, ensuring data is up-to-date and readily accessible for analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in analytics, accounts, or partner operations roles, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth startup environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams and partner drivers.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to managing escalations and improving processes.

Work Schedule and Patterns:
- 9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1 hour break)
- 5 days a week: Monday to Friday
- Shift timings: 8 am to 5pm (GMT); 1:30 pm IST to 10:30 am IST.
- Office-based role
